Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MaxDeals account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and manuals that were included with your shipment.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
